As we’ve grown Bidhive, we’ve seen firsthand how organizations are looking for ways to scale their response processes, not just for bids and tenders, but for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and more. Responsive has been at the forefront of this transformation, delivering an AI-powered response management platform that is helping global enterprises win more, faster.
By joining forces with Responsive, we can take what we’ve built at Bidhive to the next level, providing even greater value to our customers while accelerating innovation in the APAC region and beyond.
What This Means for Our Customers
For current Bidhive customers, there will be no disruption to your existing experience. Responsive will continue to support the Bidhive platform to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience.
While we will not be actively selling or further developing the Bidhive platform, this transition opens the door to new opportunities for innovation and enhanced capabilities within Responsive.

I’m also thrilled to be joining the Responsive team alongside my co-founder, Aaron Godde. We’re looking forward to working with our new colleagues to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in response management.
